Bought a Demo vehicle from a agent on the 10th of Oct.and had problems with it ever since. Blown Turbo and now steering rack. Is it still possible to give the car back to the dealer? (Refund) The product does carry a 120k warranty however I don't feel like taking it back to the dealer EOD. Any advice will be appreciated.

Do I legally have a foot to stand on?

With the CPA yes, the product is not fit for its purpose and is "defective"

They are however within there right to charge you a fee for the time you used the vehicle

And a tip, be very very careful buying a used turbo vehicle

Btw what dealership?

Agreed.

Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row, and be prepared to stand your ground. Good luck!

Take it back and post the name of the dealer and brand if you have any hassles getting a replacement.

I guess you're right - and if it is the Mazda then he should be really ticked off with pboy : http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/368108-Mazda-3-MPS?p=7015818&viewfull=1#post7015818

But seriously though, around here you need to roll with the punches, ask me cause I get so many punches and stabs yet I'm still smiling.

lol

the one in the thread he said he signed for only had 12k km's on and is a 2011 model, damn that thing must have been driven hard and possibly an accident
