Looking to Upgrade our line from 4 Mbps to 8 Mbps are these stats good enough ?

Also seems like there might be some downtime involved with switching the Line Management from Telkom to Afrihost..

Still need to phone telkom and see if a direct upgrade is possible or if we have to use Afrihost etc

Thank You !

Afrihost Feedback..

You can use any ISP data on your line when the line is active.

You just have to sign up your line on our website and also ensure that Telkom migrates you line into the holding pool so we can transfer. Just please bear in mind that there could be some downtime when the line is in the holding pool as Telkom temporarily suspends service.

Don't like this part .. still on hold with Telkom...

Just leave your line with Telkom man.

Less headaches at the end of the day, and no issues when changing ISPs.

Telkom are barely aware that 8Mbps is even a thing.

Tried talking to someone there the other day, and aside from them being the most disinterested and useless person on the planet, it seems that wholesale has yet to provide them with the option i.e. Afrihost and Mweb can provide 8Mbps before Telkom can...go figure.

Yup seems like it so will go 10MB...

Seems like Telkom came to visit us on a Rainy Saturday morning..

10/8 mbps line has been good but noticed a drop in up speed 960 > 640 kbps SNR and Attenuation seems different also should my telkom hop be timing out ?
