need some assistance please

I have a netgear dgn2200 modem router, I have 3 other people connecting to it as well thru wifi but I noticed they using to much of bandwidth is there a way to restrict them or allow them a certain amount ? your assistance is appreciated

Can you clarify that you mean the ADSL bandwidth?
4 Computers shouldn't do too much harm to the router in terms of impacting wifi speeds, that is still 75 mbps per person.
You will have to try setup a QOS (Quality of service) which will prioritise certain data. This is done slightly different per modem but I believe that router should have it. You will have to check how to do it on that router specifically.
For example rather than restricting each user to a speed it is sometimes for effective to allow the router to give priority to anything that needs a quick stable link such as online gaming, voice over internet protocol or browsing (if you impatient).

Sorry Vaughan my bad I meant they are using a lot of data, need to restrict them with the data or allocate more to me and whoever connects can use the balance of data available
