Need some assistance...

Hi all,

So I bought a Sony HT (DAV-DZ777), PS3 and LG50" (50PQ30R) plasma a few months ago. All is well, but I can only use the HT speakers when watching DVD's via HT.

I have tried a few of the presets on the HT to get audio for DSTV (std) and PS3 but have not had any luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to connect, besides getting an A/V receiver. I would love to get a HD A/V receiver (Sony STR2400ES), but its too expensive right now.

Current setup is:
1. HT-HDMI-HDTV
2. PS3-HDMI-HDTV
3. DSTV-RCA-HDTV
4. PC-RGB-HDTV

Any assistance would be appreciated.

that the problem with buying packaged home theaters no inputs for your other stuff to make use of the speakers.
the way you have it now its probaly the best you gonna get, exept your PC doesnt your TV have a VGA input or your PC an HDMI output?
