I would suggest at least get them to agree the employee get to work every second day because it'll save you traveling costs etc.

Not at all, company is still strong, it's a successful company started by my/our dad many, many years back.

Father died but company carried on doing well, business has slowed (not tooooo much, we're still profitable) so no increases this year, minimal last year. Peeves me that the person in charge splurges on himself without considering the rest of us. Staff are siblings and blood relatives.

We all understand times are tough.
