Need some help connecting fibre router

I think stop worrying about the actual fibre link coming in and just the ONT and what comes after it.

Assuming of course you didnt' break anything in opening it all up.

Most likely it's a configuration issue at the ISP/Provider end and hasn't been provisioned properly.

So I'll give WA a call and ask them to check from their side then, hopefully that's all that there is to it.

So Octotel is gonna check from their side, and send someone out if necessary to check physically. Fingers crossed.

Octotel found an issue, can't remember what is was, but they resolved it very quickly and I was up and running later that day.

I'm still struggling, Afrihost and Octotel are pointing fingers at each other, while I have been with no service since installation but have already started "Paying".

Can you perhaps share via PM a screenshot of your ONT config by accessing https://192.168.55.1. I'm interested in the WAN setup specifically.
