I have 120 gb ssd that is currently set as my default storage device, i want windows, drivers, browsers etc stores on there.

i then have a 500gb mx ssd and a 500 gb 5400 rpm hdd.

i want it to work like this
games go on the ssd. all other media goes to the hdd.

how do i do this cause atm everything is intalling to the 120 gn drive without prompting any other options?

Depending on your browser you can set your downloads to save directly to your drive of choice. On Google chrome I know there is such a function. You can also do it another way. There is a video on it by Linus on Youtube. Just can't recall what it's called, regarding drive formats, partitions and the likes. Try search youtube for Linus SSD install.

Pretty sure he covers that as a side topic on there. I'll check tonight and post a link, I saw it before.

Every single game I've installed has had the option of changing the destination path, most apps are the same I think.

Dunno if you can do this with a hybrid & normal drive but you can try combining both drives into one logical drive, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logical_Disk_Manager

Edit: Think this is what Pitbull was referring to,
