Need some help with PCI-e riser extension

Hi,

I recently did my first PC build and I made a what I guess is a noob mistake. I got a micro ATX instead of a standard ATX. So after I put in my new GPU, it blocked access to the two remaining PCI-e 1X slots. I now need to get something like the below:

Only issue is that I am sure the USB connectors will take up too much space and is not going to fit beneath the GPU. Anybody know where I can get something similar that uses different connectors that will be more bendable to make its way out from the other side of the GPU?

Can you not return the mobo?
What exactly do you need to use those other PCI-e slots for?

I don't think you going to find a riser with such a tight bend thats going to fit under the gpu. Only other option is to move the gpu away from the PCI-e 16 slot, if those other PCI-e slots are important to you. Buy a vertical gpu mount:
