The Problem;

My 384kb line was always downloading at 40kb/secs which is normal this goes for international and local.

So I upgraded my line to 1024MBS and now I'm getting the following download speeds

Local 120KB/secs
International 30KB/secs or even less

I had two Telkom bakkies at my property and they couldn't really help they did however confirmed that my download speeds for international is not right and they also found that they couldn't even access the sony.com website from my property. They told me they will have to call in a specialist because they don't really know whats causing this problem.

Anyway the problem from there side has been resolved I can now access sony.com wow and also google.com it takes about 20 seconds to load the google.com website but my downloads are still way below 30kb/secs.

So is there anyone out there that can perhaps help me to solve the problem seeing that Telkom is not qualified to do so yet. What I need is some guides to where one should go about looking for the problem then I can help Telkom to fix my Problem.

You can pretty much assume that anyone with a Matric would be considered a "specialist" by Telkom's standards...
