Hey people

I'm looking for someone to design a website and update it for me. I would like to pay them monthly. It's actually for a client but he wants my help setting it up. Anyone know of any web designers and packages that they offer?

Yes, LAGGY ... just check it again on 10Mbps line & it's slow when scrolling - eg. MyBB site move up/down immediately with the movement of the mouse-wheel .... that site has a slight delay/LAG .... so I ask again Why?
