Need to cancel my data contract with Telkom

I've tried many times to cancel my data contract with Telkom via the Call Centre. The closest Telkom Shop is more than 100km's from us. Is it possible that you can assist me via email as I am already paying for 5 months double the price as I don't get any assistance via Telkom's Call Centre? Thank you.
