hi guys am still having problems with my line it over a month now last 2 techies said line needs to be changed at exchange cos they can see the drop with adsl, but those monkeys at 10210 cancelled my fault luckily I called to see progress so the idiots gave me another fault number but I cannot go on like this, does anybody know where in Durban are these so called technical department is, from where the techies work cos I want to go pay them a visit

You can't visit an exchange (officially).

You can try the escalation centre e-mail, but as far as fault reporting goes, they frequently get closed without either fixing things or giving the customer a call.

There's also a telkom shop, but again, reaction is hit & miss. The guy in our shop hides from customers and pretends to be someone else (true story) because he gets a lot of angry attention.
