Hey, a bit of back story: My pops died a couple of months ago taking his and my moms gmail password with him. I recently re-installed my moms laptop not knowing she didn't know the password as it was saved into the browser so my mom thought it didn't need one.
Now I'm having trouble getting the password back, I can answer the security question that you make when you open the account but it also wants to know when the account was last used and when it was originally created. I have no idea when but they are required so I can't skip them.
Is there any other way to prove the account is hers? Like a number we can phone to actually speak to someone or is she screwed and will have to make another account? She'd like to get it back as there are mails pertaining to the estate from the lawyer on that account and other things she doesn't want to lose.
