Hi All

In early Feb 2010 I did my contract upgrade on 084145 CellC Direct.
I requested a Nokia 6710 Navigator however this handset was out of stock and the Consultant offered my a Nokia 6700 Classic which according to him could also do navigation, this type of navigation is not what I wanted its even different from ther 6110 and 6210 navigator sets.
I've been trying since to get the set exchange for a 6710 Navigator even submitted a complaint to WASPA but they can't assist and it is useless to contact their Costumer Care Dept they are just pathetic and pass the buck to a next person or dept

Where can I submit a complaint or claim against CellC direct?

Good luck with this one. Unfortunately you made a choice and the consultant was correct it can do navigation and thats where the problem starts. It's a he said I said situation. All calls are generally recorded so you would have to get hold of a supervisor to go and listen to the call or they have an office in Plattekloof 0219357000. Get the address and pay them a visit and then there is always www.hellopeter.com
 
ive never come across a site as useless as hellopeter
