Hello

Is this product offering for real? The price of the 4Mb is inline or possibly cheaper than an ADSL offering.

I'm not finding any details of this product on the internet so I think it's a mistake on Neotel's part?

I found it under "Home/Small Offices", then go to "Compare Packages" and from there select the tab "NeoBroadband Wireless".

if you manage to get feedback from neotel, let us know what type of connection it is, what type of setup is required, what CPE involved, etc.

It may require Line of Sight.

Main issue for me is Neotel's coverage. Works fine for me at home but doesn't (work at all) when at friends or on holiday.

I emailed Neotel and asked about the product and it looks like it's the real McCoy.

The first reply I got when asking about CPE and LoS was met with:

Please note that our services are coverage dependent and yes out product does require line of sight.

Please may you also confirm how many users and the speed that you are looking at?

When I went deeper and asked about FuP / shaping / throttling and latencies, the reply I got was:

I have sent you e-mail to the relevant department who can assist you with your inquiry.

I have cc’d them in my response to you

I'm still waiting for a response. I'll be giving them a call at 4pm to follow up.

Guys, this is their WiMax lite offering - been in the market for more than a year. They just refreshed their website.
