NEOCONNECT LITE DEVICE install problems

Hi there

Hope someone can help me out. Having countless issues installing neotel lite on my machine. when it picks up new hardware it picks it up as a data interface and tells me that it can not install the device bla bla bla.... i have tried getting the drivers off the neotel site and a guy from the call centre emailed drivers as well which did not work either. i have tried adding it manually according to the website but still does not dial out.

when I look at there pictures it shows it as installing a tiusb device but countless machines that I have tried it on will not work. even tried a brand new laptop from work and also did not work then tried on my girlfriends laptop as well and also no luck. trying to get the device up urgently.

will owe you guys big time if you can manage to get me up and running. cos 3g is breaking the bank.

When I got the Lite device (Wireless Phone and internet via usb) I had to install a driver that came with the device.
You should go to your nearest Neotel center, I got the NeoFlex device but it didn't work at all because of a configuration on their side.
This can be fixed without going to the center by contacting the Neotel rep, send him a pm and he usually replies soon during working hours of course.
 
there is no driver that came with the device that is the problem and have had them swap the device out that is the sad part and it still does not work.
