Took up this offer with Neotel here in Cape Town.

Got the phone today from the couriers , impressed with the ease of use of the device , reminds me of the similar Huawei phone we testing in the office.

Pity the driver (Skynet Couriers) did'nt call me before attempting delivery to my place since I was at work (where else) but after chatting to them I went to collect the device @ Skynet in Ndabeni (CT)

I see there is no online facility to check call usage aside from calling the callcentre @ 0800 333 636

I do wonder if this "bundle" that is referred to is the voice calls and not internet usage that I assume is the case.

The NeoCOnnect Lite 199 pacakge does not come bundled with any voice, data or SMS and is based on a pay per use model. Should you wish to check your usage at any time you are required to contact the contact cnetre on 0800 333 636 or [email protected]

Something totally off topic: Can anyone give me the code to "unlock" the handset. The problem I have is that when I go online and someone phones me, the person can't get through to me because I am on another call (in this case - Dialup Internet).

I read someone here in these forums saying that there's some sort of code to put in. I emailed Neotel but they haven't gotten back to me yet.
