I am thinking of getting Neotel, but just for their voice service using the R99 deal and their new phone (at least not so clumsy looking as the 1st gen ). One thing that concerns me is, how is the voice quality of the service as it is based on wireless technology? Should i expect many dropped calls/shaky lines?
At least I would save more than 50% on my voice calls

My wife talks for about 4 to 6 hours a month on the device roughly 3 hours to telkom and 1 to 3 hours to neotel. She has never complained about any drop calls. i find that Neotel to Telkom calls has better quality compare to Neo to Neo.

If I walk with the lite device I find that the quality of the call drops but if you leave it on a table it is similar quality to cell phone calls.
