I just reinstalled vista and my neoconnect prime device keeps saying - cannot install the device is not meant for this platform.

I've installed the latest neoconnect from the website.

The driver CD I got with my device worked on Vista Business 32 bit back when I was running it. Are you sure you downloaded the correct drivers for your package (neoconnect prime != neoconnect lite)?

I can confirm I am experiencing the same issue..

I have contacted the support now and it seems they cannot help me.
I have actually downloaded the latest drivers from their website as well

Maybe the phones faulty. I can confirm that with a working phone, it works in XP, Vista and Win7 32 and 64bit each.

Yes, this is odd. I re-installed Vista 64Bit @ the end of last month (2 weeks ago) and all's fine. I slipstreamed v1.9 (in Feb.) and it worked every time I re-installed.

I am not having any issues with Windows 7 or Windows XP,they work perfectly...

I also had everything running smoothly on my Windows VISTA machine until one day I had to reinstall and start from fresh and I noticed the same error as the above person is getting.

The phone is not faulty at all everything is running smoothly on Windows 7, I did not even have to go under device manager or anything to install the drivers but on Windows XP and Vista i had to do device manager - update drivers etc.

According to one of the techies in the Installer file their should be X32, X64 DRIVER packages. I have even tried to install Lite drivers everything, I cannot seem to manage to fix this error.

I have been giving it a bash for around 3 hours solid to see if I could resolve the problem.

I am thinking either it is a late build version and previous build version had no errors....
I am suspecting various things at this stage.

Oh and the driver version I have is from 2008 - May... Same drivers on CD and on Neotel website.

I have also noticed on Windows 7 - download at full speeds constant........
