Neoconnect Prime Device Ports

Does anyone know if the Neoconnect Prime device has an interface that can be accessed and if so, how?

I just need to be able to allow certain ports if need be.

No just a username and password setting apparently, you need to request that Neotel open certain incoming ports for you via email and/or telephone.

Neotel open and close your ports on there side. The actually device is a rather basic AT Modem like a 3G Modem.

So if I somehow knew the port to a game server and asked them to open that port, it wouldn't improve latency would it?

Nope...pings are really high as it isn't a fixed line. If you don't have the correct port open you shouldn't be able to play at all as no data connection will be established.
