Neoconnect Prime - Enabling DHCP?

Surely someone must know how to enable this. I'm trying to get my xbox to use the internet through my pc and because DHCP isn't on my xbox can't automatically get an IP address.
 
Failing switching DHCP on is there any way I can find out what the gateway IP is? I ran ipconfig through commandprompt and the gateway field was blank.
 
Neotel works a bit differently than the ADSL routers. The Neotel device is not a router and does not have DHCP. You can however turn your PC into a DHCP server and then your PC becomes the Gateway. The easiest way it to select the Neotel Connection in Windows and select "Internet Connection Sharing". This does change your PC's IP to 192.168.1.1 IIRC and then turn on DHCP on your PC. Hope this helps.

Your Host IP must be 192.168.0.1, Gateway for your xbox will then be 192.168.0.1 else ICS will not be active.
You should be able to attach and go from there.
You might just need to change your DNS servers to either:
208.67.220.220
208.67.222.222 or
41.160.0.36
41.160.128.12
