NeoConnect Prime going into "slow-motion" mode?

Hi

Yesterday evening at around 18:45 I noticed that my downloads are not going faster than 20 kBs. In fact, looking at the history graph I saw it was as if this was a ceiling of some sort. I wsitched off the handset and switched it back on. Almost immediately the speed was back to normal - 100 kBs and above. My question is why does this happen and how can it be prevented?

Im experiencing pretty much the same thing - eventually it goes back to slowmode. I dunno wtf this guys did but they screwed everything up. I think were all worse off than before they did the optimization.
