NeoConnect Prime Login issue

Hi All,

Any one else with username/pass connection problems this morning? I`ve only got my modem yesterday and since then i cant connect. I did connect with the rep`s modem when she was at my house on friday. I know all my settings are correct, but then i try to connect it fails on user/pass incorrect and the phone goes to 1X (if i reset the phone it goes back to EVDO). The support said that i quite a few people are reporting errors this morning and they are working on it.

you might have a profile error , phone and ask to talk to a techi :)
 
Nope...only had the reps one working on friday, nothing with mine. I`ll try the techies tomorrow.

What number are you dialing to get connected?
I also had a problem when I first got Neotel.
I first attempted to dial my Neotel number, but I was supposed to dial #777.

#777, settings are fine. It`s the phone or neotel as i`ve even tried linux...nothing.

As soon as i dial the phone goes to 1x and stays there. When i reset it it goes back to EVDO...and repeat.

mmm...i`m starting to love neotel.

That kind of love can only grow stronger :D
 
The thing is, i`ve read through the forum before signing on and figured...It cant be that bad. Well it is...they actually do nothing. I dont receive calls back and nor can i get tech support on the phone.

This is a bit ridicules.

On a lighter note, i bought an antenna for the damn thing. Works like a charm, well i guess it does seeing that i cant get internet. The rssi was on 82 and now on 72. If i mounted it higher i could get 68, but it was just to much effort.
