Neoflex - Connection Limit

Hi all,

I have read the technical stickies and dont see the answer so here goes.

I have about 8 devices at home all wireless including phones etc, now it seems that the neoflex likes 3 concurrent connections at max and then just either freezes or starts dropping the devices.

1. is there a way around this (besides hooking up another wireless router and using that wireless router as the gateway and pointing it to the neoflex)
2. is there a site we can get the latest firmware for this device?

I am not sure what you need it for but here goes

I have the neotel wireless router - the one with four areals (two small wireless ones and two big CDMA ones).

I am connecting the following devices via wireless to them:
1. x2 phones on iphone one android
2. x4 Windows 7 machines
3. x1 Xbox 360
4. x1 PS3.

At anytime it will only let me connect 3 devices at once (at the same time)... I could connect another wireless router to the Neotel wireless router via the LAN port and then have all the devices connect to that slave wireless router but I would like to avoid that.

The modem/os build itself is crap.

Current Problems :

1. Port Forwarding is iffy ( And yes I have asked the help desk to have all my ports opened )
2. DynDNS is poked.
3. I can confirm the 3 wireless devices limit. I swopped back to a Netgear that I have spare
