Dream on uncapped at 20kb/s heh what a joke

When I first got Neotel back in Feb, I was getting constant 200-210kbps download. 2mbps connection. Then over crowding towers started. ;)

I was actually wondering the same thing today, Neotel said they were bringing it out "soon", which was like June/July when I heard that.

@Tero same as the usage tracker, same as service levels to be increased. Everything is soon. But it never happens.

I think they should have a working Neoconnect Prime Uncapped service before trying to offer NeoFlex Uncapped

Yeah. Neotel don't know what the words, "any day now would be nice", means. I feel that they'll improve as time goes by though.

I'm sure their fixed lines connections were suppose to be out by June of this year?

They haven't improved for more than a year. They had the exact same problems last year. The only difference is, more users on the network.

Fixed Line

Fibre cable is the way of the future, and yes we do it, unfortunately, it is a time consensus rollout, not to mention the finincial bill behind it.

We need to consider return on investment when lying the cables and to where, so as to ensure we financially cover the costs incurred of laying cable.

If we were to lay cable to an individual perch, the costs of the infrastructure to get it to there, is not substantiated by the revenue produced from that single user.

As time passes, and the subscriber base grows with the revenue covering current roll out, we will implement it at the residential sector.

Note again - no time lines stipulated.
