Hi

Does anyone have NeoGo in the Cape Town CBD? I am curious as to the speeds / coverage / reliability of the offering. Especially given all the complaints about NeoTel. Dont really want to buy the device to find out it is a lemon!

Currently use Vodacom 3G. I doubt it will be as good but it is so much cheaper!

I cant imagine its going to work very well. We have modems with antennas on them and cant get good reception, cant imagine a usb stick without any antennas is going to be even half as good.

how cheaper? I was just quoted 20c/mb - R299 for 1.5Gb. I pay 389 for 2Gb with Vodacom. If we want to be precise it's Vodacom @ 18.9c a meg and Neotel @ 19.4c a meg. now please don't use the "YES BUT IF you go out of bundle it's 8c" because I don't d/l games and movies etc. it's for convenience at home to have it when needed. the reason I buy 2Gb is because it now lasts 2 months.
