Hi All,

I am needing help with my recently acquired NeoGo data package.

First my system setup:

Intel Q6600
4GB Crucial Ram
1TB Seagate HDD
512MB XFX 8800 GT
Vista Home Premium 64 bit

My machine is working fine. I connected the data card, auto driver install, auto install of the software. Opened the software, changed the settings to enable internet connection. Connect!! Then the trouble starts, my machines starts freezing. No mouse movement, no window tabbing, no access to task manager. After 2-3 mins, mouse moves, all the commands I carried out during the freeze happen, then about 30s later, process starts again!!

Any ideas?
 
You have 2 Virusses :P

1st is Vista (Get windows 7 build 7600) Its awesome.
2nd you have Neotel.............what a load of crap. Dont try and sort it out with their helpdesk u might just break your screen/pc/keyboard or even commit suicide ....
 
I am trying to circumnavigate problem 2 by trying the forum! I didn't bother with the help desk.

On problem 1 I am waiting for an official 7 release.

The system was stable before, so in this instance it is the combination and not just Windows (I think).
 
Try it on an XP PC, I also had driver related problems with NeoConnect Prime and Vista 64 back in the day. Neotel or their affiliates dont make good enough 64bit drivers.
