I'm using it at work 15mbps its quite good although you wont get 1:1 contention on any broadband product from any ISP.

What you want is dedicated bandwidth from a service provider that would be 1:1

Yes, we have it as backup transit. It pretty much delivers what they promise, and has been fairly reliable.

I suspect you have NeoBroadband Fibre, which is a contended broadband service. NeoInternet isn't.

NeoInternet uses a 1:1 ration , and using microwave as last mile connectivity.I have metroconnect fiber 1mbps but upgrading to 2Mbps is around R8000.Looking at other options...

NeoInternet is 1:1
NeoBroadband is 10:1

Over-all service is not bad, had a hour or two down in a year. They did notify us, but like 30 minutes before interruption so wasn't to helpful

Neotel does have access routes where you can be tapped in and run physical fibre to you, if this isn't possible (due to location etc) they'll set you up with a licensed microwave link as ubercal said

What percentage international bandwidth do you need? Can get quite pricey.

Well international is much cheaper than local saix traffic, I.e to telcos that do not peer.
