I'm at my wit's end with neotel. I am trying to cancel a neotel contract. From what I gather reading frustrations on social media it's next to impossible to cancel a contract with neotel.
I took a 10mb/s LTE contract from them a year ago and all my efforts in trying get to get the thing cancelled has ended in headache. Did the usual mail and call the call centre steps. When you ask to be transferred to the accounts dept the operators have 100's of excuses. Even logged an event on helloPeter.
Does anybody have any advice for me. I'm contemplating on cancelling the debit order at the bank. Can I be blacklisted for cancelling a service at the bank I don't want anymore?
Bet it wouldn't help even of it drive to neotel in Johannesburg. Probably won't get past the Secretary.
