Neotel should ad least have a daily usage report email that can be sent out until they have the online monitoring system in place.

I would be happy if the same report was once a week. My monitoring is kernal based (LINUX) and it would be great to audit how accurate Neotel's is.

Mine is almost 75% over what I recorded, I will compare the two reports asap.

Mind if I ask you what program you used to plot the two graphs?

Also do you have a system in place to cut off once the bandwidth is finished? You need to understand that I don't want to pay any more than the set amount. We will then switch to VC for the rest of the month (Pre Paid).

Neotel's calculated usage vs NetLimiters Calculated usage.
Please note that I did remember to add Upload usage.

Neotel: 17gig
NetLimiter: 11gig
