Neotel and bad Service

I seriously think Neotel has a bad service and their staff are less knowledgeable in the technical call centre. I have never ever been called by Neotel ever. I have waited for days on end regarding queries with them. Whether it is late delivery or complaints about their limited or slow speed connection.
I have numerous problems with these guys and Iam honestly gatvol. i have now applied for an ADSL line via Telkom. Better the devil you know. Cheap ISp but full of crap and never listed to a customer.
I have a story to tell and it is a long one.
I think Iam going to end up aksing for my money back and litigating. iam seriously not getting a good service on any front.

It seems this is a recurring theme with neotel.

I hope it doesnt affect their ownership of the seacom landing station

Since the start of Neotel, in my experience Telkom has improved their service 10 fold. I think Neotel has a LOT of catching up to do. As much as I wish for something better than Telkom, it will take a lot of convincing to get me to change to Neotel, besides they don't deliver services in Uitenhage and probably won't for a very long time.

As far as I'm concerned Neotel is just another cellphone provider and I hope Telkom don't go this way (wireless) too, as it seem they are doing. I love the reliability of my fixed line.
