Neotel and MacOS 10.4

I'm assuming that Neotel works with MacOS 10.4.

Could anyone post instructions for actually making it work? My sister got Neotel (the one with the telephone instrument), and has been unable to get it to work with her Mac. The instructions are for 10.5 and 10.6, and the Neotel website don't seem to host the right driver.
