So one of the biggest issues with not having ADSL was connecting to Xbox live.
When checking with Neotel if their service works with Xbox live for some reason the response is no, it doesn't, but this is NOT correct, it does work.
The setup was actually fairly simple, my problem is I am on the light package so my connection speed is too slow to play games on xbox live, but for anyone on prime there should be no issues at all!
Setup was very very easy, just run the network cable direct from your pc to the xbox, run network setup wizard, disable firewall and away you go...
Damn shame the light is just not fast enough for games but you can still connect and browse market place, message friends etc.
Now I must just wait until prime is available in my area or hopefully by some miracle Telkom wimax will work even though they couldn't get a signal today I am still hoping....
