Neotel Antena Polarization

Hi all

Can some one tell me how the neotel external ant must be Horizontal or vertical ?

This is for menlyn Pretoria.

Dont bother to ask the help desk they seem to think that you just point it in the direction of the tower never heard of Polarization.

I have an LPDA-A0021 antenna. I get best signal when mounted with fins parallel to the ground. Just compare RSSI values with one vertical and one horizontal.
