Hi there

I am at my whit's end. I have been having big latency problems and degraded performance for the last 3-4 weeks. I have logged calls with Neotel, I have sent them Speedtest's as requested, and I just cannot get a response out of them.

Every time we call to query, we get another ticket logged.

Does anyone have a contact other than their customer service people that I can appeal to?

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
 
Please state what service you have. e.g. NeoBroadband Wireless - LTE - 4 Mbps.
May also be useful to include your General Area, this may indicate to others if a common tower problem is present.e.g. Southern side of Sandton.
