I use prepaid data on the ZTE modem. 1 March I bought 4GB. Connection log shows 2.6 used. Considering one or two incidences where data use wouldn't be recorded, 3GB have been used maximum.
In store: They say they can't check what's up, they can only check my data and tell me I have nothing left. Tell me to email or use the call centre.
Email: They tell me to use the call centre. No help provided at all.
Call centre: They blame me, saying the connection program doesn't track data use properly -despite me using this thing since October and it tracking my use perfectly- and tell me they can see I bought 4GB and have 0 left. They then say they can't track my use either, just see my balance.
If I can't track my use properly and Neotel can't either, then why don't I have unlimited data?
It is beyond frustrating when you KNOW you are supposed to have some data left and yet you have nothing. Had to sit a week with no internet now when I could have been more productive with it available.
