There is a 110% chance the fiber optics will be used as back-hall bandwidth for their network or maybe wireless towers, I am pretty sure that you will not be able to order a fiber line to you home. Unless you willing to pay a pretty price for it like the corporates.

That's still a ways off. It would be really expensive to implement fiber for household use now.
