My neoconnect prime connection always disconnects when it reaches 2gig in a session. After a reconnect its all running smooth but having to do so is irritating me. Is this caused by my pc or neotel?

Can you confirm that you mean when you reach 2GBytes for that session? Is it consisent (exactly the same each time)? It's obviously a fairly unique problem, but if you can confirm the above, we'll check it out on the network side.

I'm not sure about the GB's used when disconnected, I get cut off every 7 to 8 hours. Almost like clockwork. I'm in PTA, using "Prime Unlimited".
