Neotel - Dynamic or static IP address?

I was under the impression that Neotel users received dynamic IP adresses. I've noticed that my IP address has been the same for the last 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. Anyone able to tell me whether it should be dynamic or static?

Then something isn't quite right with my account. Neotel Rep, something to be noted. I will log a trouble ticket if need be regarding this.

EDIT: To the rest of you with NeoConnect prime or perhaps any other Neotel service...please monitor your IP address each time you connect and see if it's the same.

It's probably normal DHCP which tries to give out the same address if it can.

After Monitoring my IP address after a couple of connects it seemed to stay the same as well...but after connecting today I received a different IP..

So I think @abraxis is right about the DHCP....
