Tried applying for Prime Uncapped this morning and was told that I only have good coverage so they can't help me. WTF?!

Told me the same, but I read about people on the forum with excellent coverage that have problems...
I still wonder, how do you try before you buy? (Especially with a 24 month contract being option one and only)

I'd like to try it for a day or two and then decide. Telkom are more willing to help and I've applied for 4Mbit ADSL. Neotel can't possibly compete with Telkom with this sort of attitude towards potential customers.

Hi,

Please provide me with the agents name that you spoke to. I would like to get to the bottom of this.

Can't remember the agents name, but I spoke to Robert as per your PM and should be sorted by Saturday - Thanks!

Also can't remember the agents name. Can you get someone to bring a device for testing?

I suggest you read the other threads about slow performance and disconnects BEFORE you try and sign up. The speed is slightly better than dialup at the moment. Stick with Telkom if you can. At least the speeds are relatively stable. Neotel is a NO GO!
