Neotel have the best FUP of all the providers. You can move some serious data and the upload is decent. Unlike other providers.

It's usually because it's 1:1 contention ratio active ethernet. Businesses need dedicated bandwidth.
Neotel is 10:1 or 5:1 normally.

It's purely that Neotel is the closest thing to proper uncapped.
Yes but take a look at the slow speed. Not really hard to keep the contention ratio going with that and assuming it holds you can't even manage 1.5TB explaining the closest to proper uncapped. Better options out there.
Imo it has nothing to do with the quality of service and just Neotel stagnating with a proper ftth market starting to bloom.
