Neotel Fibre

Hi there.

I was hoping that some of you that have fibre from Neotel, if you can post a speed test result with the option you are on with Neotel Fibre.

Eg:

1MB Option

Speedtest result.

I need to show my director what speed we can expect with the verious options


I need resullts for 1, 2, 5, 10 mb if possible. Thank you in advance.
 
You are not going to go wrong with a Neotel Fibre line.
Low contentions.

15% of the Web traffic goes through Neotel / Tata

The only issue is that your area needs to be covered by fibre.
There is a long process to dig up and pull fibre through with regards to the Municipality approvals etc.
There is a credit vetting process with the directors of the company.
PM me your area and I will look at whether there is fibre in your area and whether its feasible.
 
With Neotel you can also have "Microwave" connectivity. The connection is treated as "fibre quality" and it runs on licensed frequencies.

Prices are the same as "neobroadband".

Hehe. Yeah I guess its all the bad ratings they got from their CDMA service.

This is a backup line for the office. The fibre was installed for phone lines.
If you can afford it and its available, I can highly recommend the service. In the last year we have had 2 issues with a total down time of 38 minutes.

Also, theres the days when the limiter breaks:
