Neotel from 7.

Before Neotel, I had Telkom, I used an average of 8GB/month. My first three months with Neotel, my average was 7.5GB/month. Without changing anything in the way I have used my broadband, my usage for November was 19GB and December was 36GB. I am now scared to open January Billing, even though I was away for 3 weeks!

How is this possible?
Is there anyone else having the same problems

I installed a bandwidth monitor this month so i can use it for some confirmation of my bandwidth usage.
I haven't had problems with data measurement.
I use Networx - it is free and you should use one .Otherwise I'd ask if they have log of when you were downloading , for how long etc. .
