I seriously urge you to reconsider your decsision to sign with Neohell.

I have taken the plunge and I am still paying for it. In the beginning it will be awesome and then, bearely weeks into it, you will see constant disconnections and hadly any throughput.

You are better of using the trusty 56k modem... at least you dont have a cap and when you get your 5-8k download you don't mind, cause that is what you expect.

Think hard before signing.

Thank you for your honesty, and I do understand Neotel's decision to rather not make empty promises than to get people's hopes up for no reason. (They've done it too often in the past!)

SORRY I MUST ALSO INFORM YOU THAT SHOULD A BUSINESS WANT THE NEOTEL SERVICE NEOTEL WILL DO A FEASABILITY STUDY AS TO HOW FAR THE CLIENT IS FROM THE OPTICS AND ONLY THEN COMMIT TO INSTALLING THE CABLES.
