Neotel in PE?

Hey guys.

Does anyone that lives in PE knows if Neotel is workin on installing lines at the moment? They have dug up a lot of Cape Road, William Moffet, and Worraker Street so far I've seen. Looks like bright orange pipes.. I'll try snap some photos tomorrow and upload em.

As far as I know they had a article on Neotel and the works in one of the PE Express newspapers.
