Hi, I have been complaining to neotel technical department regarding my dongle speeds for a long time now to no action on inprovement. Lately it seems to me that the more i complain the worse it gets,it as if they deliberately throttling down the speed. I bought the dongle because the lowest speed would never be less than 1 Mbps. For the last month speed have gotten so bad that speed tests are timed out. In the past when i phoned neotel they would look into the problem. Then for 2 to 3 days after, speeds would just over 1 Mbps then back to extremely slow speeds averaging 0.2Mbps. Two latest Neotel Ref.No: Fcr_837423518: Freq 296369986 of complaints and no response!
