Neotel will be successful, emphasis on will, they've spent way too much money to fail. So the opportunity is good and company culture gets formed from great people, so that's what's needed in a new company ;)

Yes true, its new, gots looooads of potential!!
And its someone very high ranked within the company that offered it to me.

I've read a few hundred of your posts through the course of my stay here ;) You are a knowledgeable young guy and I think my assumptions about you were right, you won't settle for less than you deserve.
 
I would either take it or show it to my current employer and see what they come up with as a counter-offer...:p

Nah thats not an option or my style lol, this is a new venture something different.

I'm starting a new career in a new industry.. i like the word venture :)
