Although Neotel is listed as a "Company who responds" and Telkom as a "Company who does not respond" on hellopeter.com, it seems that Neotel is quickly catching up with Telkom when it comes to customer dissatisfaction.
Telkom has accumelated 972 unhappy posts out of a total of 1139 vs Neotel's 508 out of 616 (as @ 22:00 on 12 May 2009).
That is less than a 3% difference in unhappy customers according to this site.
If Telkom does not watch out, Neotel will soon overtake them - not bad for a company so much younger than Telkom.
