Neotel Lite Device Error

Hi Guys,

Whenever I plug the Neotel Device in my notebook, I get the following error:

The driver installation file for this device is missing

necessary entry. This may be because the INF was written

for Windows 95 or later. Contact your hardware vendor.

The PC is a Dell Inspiron 1720 running Windows XP SP2.
I am going to update to Service Pack 3. Perhaps that would help.
I have switched the device off, removed the battery. Waited about 5minutes and set everything up again. But to no avail.

The Device does work on another computer.

Any help?

Do you have a USB device or a serial (from phone) to USB (to PC)?

It's a USB connection to the PC.
