Neotel Mifi PROBLEMS

Ive bought a neotel mifi hotspot a few weeks ago R800 with 24GB of data free. My connection is strong 3/4bars of signal .yet my download speed a maximum of 30kb/s. The store and neotel website said i would get 2.5mb/s to 3mb/s
ANYONE facing the same problem?
Any suggestions would be much appreciated

I supposed a lot depends on where you are in terms of coverage at the time?

I am on their LTE service and only get 2 to 3 Mbps on a 10Mbps service with almost perfect signal. Slow speeds seems to be the norm when you are with Neotel LTE services at least.
